Hibbard, Robert E., “Bob”, 73 of Sun City Center, Fla passed away April 25, 2013. He retired after 34 years of service with Massachusetts Electric and was a member of the Elks Lodge of Ruskin, Fla and the Sun City Center and Kings Point Amateur Radio Club with the call sign N1ZK. His hobbies also included remote control airplanes, karaoke and photography. He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Hibbard, his four brothers Clarence, George, Ernest and Charles Hibbard and two sisters, Ida Rowe and Mabel Hibbard. Survivors include his wife, Beverly, a son, Jeffrey Hibbard, daughter, Pamela (Mark) Bugbee, two grandchildren, Erin and Kurt Bugbee and his 90 year old sister, Hazel Blake. Memorial service will be 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at Sun City Center Funeral Home, 1851 Rickenbacker Drive, Sun City Center, Fla. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Florida Chapter, Southwest Florida Office, 5100 West Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 195, Tampa, Florida 33609.
